The main entrance to the Westminster parking lot is off Loras Boulevard.
Enter the main Westminster parking lot from Loras Boulevard or from Irving Street.
On Sunday, parking is available at the University of Dubuque lot south of University Avenue (see map). There is an "on demand" traffic signal to provide a safe crossing to Westminster. The lower right photo shows the University Avenue entrance to Westminster.
Additional parking is available on the streets surrounding Westminster.
The sanctuary and office entrances (shown in the first 2 pictures at the left) have no steps and reserved parking for persons with limited mobility. A handicap accessible restroom is available on that level.
